Roxane Durtschi , Owner, created Empowerment Employment Services. She began working with persons with disabilities over 20 years ago. After learning ASL, she started working with the Deaf Community. This quickly expanded to working with a variety of disabilities. Since that beginning she has been working with Vocational Rehabilitation customers throughout the region. She has remained committed to helping people not be defined by their disability.
Romy Sekton is a long term employee and supervisor at Empowerment Employment Services. Stated succinctly; he knows people, he knows businesses and he finds jobs. But the jobs that he finds are not just from one employer but all over the valley in all types of jobs. He is one of the reasons that Empowerment Employment Services stands out from the crowd with a near perfect placement rate.
